*1 Graduate students (physicians) and undergraduate students must send a PDF or image file (JPG, PNG) of their student ID to the secretariat (jsimd66@intergroup.co.jp) during online registration.
Students enrolled in non-medical degree programs should register under “Healthcare Professionals(Non-physicians) *2”.

*2 Includes nurses, midwives, public health nurses, certified genetic counselors, etc.

*3 Attendance at the seminar will be verified by the Secretariat.

*4 Applicable only to non-members as of the date of the Annual Meeting.

The Abstract Book will be sent in advance to members of the Japanese Society for Inherited Metabolic Diseases.
Abstract Books purchased by September 30 (Wed) will be mailed prior to the meeting. Please note that Abstract Books purchased thereafter will be sent after the meeting.

Certificates of Attendance and Receipts

After payment has been completed, the Certificate of Attendance and Receipt can be downloaded from your My Page. These documents will be issued in digital format only. Please note that paper copies will not be issued or mailed. We kindly ask that you download and save the documents yourself within the designated period.

Childcare Services

Childcare services will be available at the venue during the meeting.

Exhibition Information

In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, a medical equipment exhibition will be held. We warmly invite all participants to visit the exhibition.

Theft Warning

Please be cautious of theft. There have been reports of items being stolen at the conference venue. We kindly ask you to keep your valuable items with you at all times, even during presentations.

Messages and announcements will be posted on the notice board located in front of the Participant Registration Desk on the 5th floor, as necessary.
For emergencies, please report to the General Reception located within the Participant Registration Area on the 5th floor.
