Format of Presentation
Please indicate your preference for the format of the presentation (Oral or Poster) in your submission form.
IMPORTANT: Please note your request might not be met in some cases.
Submission Guideline
- Complete “Abstract Submission Form”.
Please make sure the following criteria are met when preparing the document.- Format of Presentation: Oral or Poster
- Title: Maximum of 100 characters (approx. 16 words) including spaces.
- Abstract Text: Maximum of 1,500 characters (approx. 250 words) including spaces.
- Maximum No. of Authors: 10
- Maximum No. of Affiliation: 10
- Special characters, table, charts or graphs are not accepted.
- Save the document under First Author's Name.
- Submit the abstract to jsimd66@intergroup.co.jp
- Please make sure to put Abstract Submission: First Author's Name in the subject line.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your submission.
If you do not receive any confirmation within 2 weeks, please contact jsimd66@intergroup.co.jp
Revising your abstract
- If you wish to make changes in your abstract after submitting the abstract, please send the revised abstract to jsimd66@intergroup.co.jp
- Please make sure to put Revised abstract: First author's Name in the subject line.
- We will not make any changes to your existing abstract on your behalf. We will simply replace it with the revised version.
- No revision will be accepted after May 29, 2026.
